I finally used the ink. I installed the cartridges in my brother's printer. 1st printing of tax forms, 5 pages went fine. When I submitted to print again...the printer is saying low ink and it cannot detect Cyan color. Mind you, i just installed brand new brother's ink cartridges and now I am unable to print. This is a hassle. Now I have no choice but to buy another set of ink jet cartridges so I am able to work. Wasted my money on this one.

Have purchased many times (15, according to Amazon!) without any issues, although I always think they should last longer. :) I routinely buy the next 3-pack as soon as I replace the cartridges and use it when needed. I discovered only 3 months late - when it was too late to return - that the yellow cartridge was empty. I will still give a decent review as this was definitely an aberration, but sure hoping it does not happen again.

I’ve bought this product many times. I bought the three pack of color and installed all three, they are all showing up as empty and the printer will not work. When I opened them out of the package, none of them had the foil seal on the tip of the ink cartridge like it usually has and look to be almost empty. I tipped my computer at 45° angle like some people recommended on here and still I did not recognize that the printer had any ink, I did not replace my black ink and that one is fine. It’s just brand new three colors cartridges that I bought.

not much else one can say about ink cartridges....the cartridges work as they always do....good to have my printer back....a bit of delay but I was warned....Canada Post....
