I own several vehicles and the elements are harsh! This cordless buffer works great, is quiet, small enough to handle easily, battery life is good. Compact size but can still handle big jobs! It comes with many attachments. It is easy to use. It has a lot of power for such a small buffer.

This machine works very well. I’ve done two of my cars with it a 2004 Corvette ZO6 and a 2018 Toyota Camry XSE V6 And its Black. Lol It’s very quiet and has a nice movement over the paint. I already had a Dewalt impact gun, so it had the necessary 20 volt batteries I needed for the buffer. ‘Perfect’

Purchased this buffer for use with my Dewalt 20 V max batteries. Worked great in removing the wax while waxing my 40 foot motorhome. 5amp hour battery lasted the entire wax job. It does have random orbital motion on the buffer head. Used the lowest speed and it removed the wax just fine. Also purchased an extra 6 pack of cotton bonnets and changed them frequently.

The first time I used it I accidentally dropped it from about 3’ from my shop floor and the case had broken in half just above the battery housing base. I did buy a warranty with it so I was refunded 💯 my purchase price.

Overall good. Only gave it a rating of 4 because it lacks power for heavy polishing - bogs down.

The 4th photograph in the description states that this is a random orbital tool; but the description header and instruction sheet state that it is an orbital tool. There is a huge difference. A random orbit buffer is most often used for waxing, polishing, and detailing. An orbital buffer is more aggressive, and often use to remove scratches and paint; although a skilled user can use it for polishing. My impression of this tool from looking at the manual, and from visual observation, is that this is an orbital tool, and I would not recommend it for polishing. Typical complaints from casual users of orbital buffers are that they left noticeable swirl marks, and in some cases actually removed paint. On the other hand, if it is an orbital tool, as I suspect, it should work fine for paint refinishing, or buffing out small scratches. It even comes with a fine grit sanding disk. The tool functions well with my Milwaukee M18 Battery. It has a single power on/off button that also controls the 6 variable speeds. There is also a battery charge indicator. The tool comes with a multitude of velcro disks for various tasks. The disks attach to the 6" buffer head. The buffer head does not lock, and I was unable to loosen the retaining nut with the included wrench. If it became damaged or unusable, the entire tool would likely have to be replaced. The instructions do not mention removal or replacement of this part. There are no meaningful instructions for use or maintenance other than cleaning and changing the battery. In conclusion, given the inconsistent description, poor instructions, and lack of serviceability, I can only honestly rate this as an okay budget class orbital buffer for casual light use. and, that it should be used with caution, especially at high speeds.
