It came missing one of the locking nuts. It's all scratched up like it was used but what I think it's just very bad paint job.

DO NOT BUY!!!! This is a 2 5/16" ball not a 2" ball as advertised. I even called Amazon prior to ordering to confirm based on the previous reviews and they assured me it was a 2" ball. Until they fix their product description avoid this product until you are looking for a 2 5/16"

This product is actually very nice, I just gave it one star to note that it is described as fitting a 2" ball, whereas it is actually made for a 2 5/16" ball. This can actually be seen on the product picture if you can make out the last line of raised text on the product. It could be quite dangerous to use this product with a 2" ball, i.e. your trailer may detach!!
