Your cart is empty.This massive 1-1/2 inch wide chisel is designed to handle the rigors of deep heavy duty work. The blade has beveled sidewalls to enable undercutting and working in tight corners. Comes fitted with a 7” Ash handle and 8 1/2” blade. Overall length is 15 1/2”. Has a traditional bolster, double steel hoops and leather shock washer. Forged from special Sheffield steel to ensure a perfect balance of toughness, edge retention and sharpness. Each chisel is diamond hardness tested before leaving the factory. Come fitted with protective leather tip guard.

I use this chisel to mortise out 3 inch cedar slabs and post and they work great. Really thick strong blade.

Buen material, filo dura mucho, pero el formon es muy grueso y es dificil hacer cortes profundos sin dañar la madera. Le falta un podo de ergonomía para sentirlo mejor en la mano.
