For the cost it’s totally worth it - it took us 3 tries with baby hand and foot print to get the last two good enough. It’s pretty challenging to get print for baby or dog. It isn’t perfect but what is.

That could have been executed better if it came with directions. It was tricky to do and I wasted a couple of them, but I have a couple of keepsakes I will treasure. I'm happy with this product now that I figured it out.

The Calculs Ink Pad for Baby/Pet Hand & Footprint is a nice idea, but it would be a whole lot nicer if it came with instructions. I had to look back at the listing online to figure out how to use it and even then I wasn't sure. However, it came with a total of 15 cards, so flubbing a few still left plenty to work with.I got the gold ink on the black card stock. It looks beautiful! It is tricky, because the ink will smear if you press too hard. I like it because it isn't messy to use as long as you don't touch the actual ink pad. The card stock is good quality.

Fun memento for recording little hands, feet or paws. The gold ink pads are easily smudged so ultra care needed lifting it from plastic packaging. Each gold pad can be reused several times but also subsequent prints are lighter and less gold. I could not get a good imprint of my dog's paws because the prints just smudges quite easily. Still enjoyable. I have many leftover blank cardstock.

This little kit is fantastic. It's SO easy to use. The pad doesn't create any mess or get any dye on my baby's skin at all. I very easily put it right up to the paper and pressed my baby's foot against the paper and BAM it was done. Next time, I'm going to do it when my baby is a bit more tired so I can get a clearer print. The fact that the kit comes with 5 different pads, each with 3 papers, is fantastic. Guarantees that I will get a good print eventually, and I will likely do one each month to capture his growth.
