I have another stretching strap that has loops for my foot, which then has twin handles for me to hold. This strap holds my foot in place and has one strap to hold. While the older one will stay in my gym bag, because it is more compact, the new one will be my favorite around the house.I only use these types of strap to stretch my Achilles and calves anyway, so this one streamlines the process. I had to watch two videos to figure out which side faced my foot and where the Velcro straps attach to the ankle and mid foot. Provides a quick, but effective stretch of many leg muscles and tendons. Thatโs a lot of benefit for just under $11.

I have tight leg muscles due to a brain injury and foot drop and have used both a leg lifter and a towel to help stretch my legs. The leg lifter was difficult to center and didn't stretch my toes back and although a towel would work,it would slide off and was a hassle. I decided to give this one a shot as it looked like it strapped around the foot and ankle (and it does securely) and would also stretch the toes back,which it does also. This really felt great and I could feel the stretch in my hamstrings,calf,toes and the plantar tendon on the bottom of my foot. It stayed on securely and the strap is long enough and has individual loops to hold on to If you like. I have a size 11 men's foot and there was still plenty of room for a bigger foot. It's made of a soft neoprene with Velcro straps and the stitching looks good also. I really wish I would have picked this up a long time ago as it is super easy to use and works great. For the price,this is a great deal in my opinion. 4.7 stars

I have issues with plantar fasciitis, this item helps and works great doing a foot stretch. It is easy to use.Personally, I like the ability to pull/stretch as much and as hard as I need to achieve the relief needed. It is convenient and flexible, I mostly using at nights while seated watching TV. I place it on the foot and pull on it without even getting distracted.It does give good results.

This calf and foot stretcher has become a valuable addition to my wife's daily routine. A little awkward to figure out how to use it initially since there was nothing included with the strap whatsoever. However, once I did figure it out and got the hang of it, it's been a wonderful roll in the physical therapy of my leg.

I have some plantar fasciitis as well as my husband. We both struggled with finding a non โbraceโ like fasciitis stretcher. This one works. The soft foot harness has 2 velcro straps for perfect fit and the strap you use for the stretching is strong and sturdy with multiple grab points. Wish it had an easier hand grip area for the hands as they will tire from holding the stretch. i am guessing this is not made for long term stretching like the more metal type braces, but it works. Comes in handy after a workout.

This leg stretcher is a lifesaver! I work on my feet all day, and by the end of my shift, my calves are so tight and sore. Since I started using this stretcher, Iโve noticed a huge difference. Itโs easy to use, and I love that I can adjust the angle to target different areas. My legs feel so much better, and Iโm sleeping better too. Highly recommend!
