Ez-Gripz V2 - Dominate your Workouts and Boost Your Strength

Discover the redesigned lifting wrist straps Ez-Gripz V2, the cutting-edge lifting hooks grips enabling a vice-grip on the bar for more efficient workouts.

Who Needs Ez-Gripz V2?

Anyone who lifts weights knows that grip strength is often their weakest link. Whether performing high repetitions with lighter weight, or low repetitions with heavier weight, your grip will always give out first, preventing you from achieving true muscle failure on any given movements. A classic example is when performing heavy deadlifts; even if the rest of your body is ready for that extra weight, your grip might give out before you can complete the lift, stealing away precious potential gains. The Ez-Gripz V2 weight lifting grips allow you to get those extra reps and lift more weight on big compound lifts such as deadlifts, rows, pulls and shrugs.

Why Choose EZ-Gripz V2?

While gloves, lifting straps, wrist straps and weight lifting hooks have long existed, they come with their constraints. Our all-in-one versa tile weightlifting gripps with wrist wraps support effectively replace these traditional tools in the ultimate lifting straps for deadlifts solution. They ensure the necessary support for both pulling and pushing exercises and retain the protective attributes of gloves. These wrist straps also stand out by offering wrist and palm protection during pushing exercises. A unique quick-release function ensures weights can be released swiftly and safely when required. Differing from lifting straps that might impede blood flow and lead to nerve damage, the funnel-shaped design of Ez-Gripz V2 positions the weight at the hand's base, ensuring unobstructed circulation.

I had high expectations for the EZ Gripz PRO V2 Lifting Grips, but these are one of the worst lifting accessories I’ve ever purchased. After only a few uses, the material started fraying and peeling, making them almost useless. The grip wore down way too fast, and instead of helping my lifts, they became more of a distraction. The stitching is weak, and the overall build quality feels cheap and flimsy. On top of that, they don’t provide the secure grip they claim—my hands were still slipping during heavier lifts, defeating the entire purpose of using them. For the price, I expected something durable and long-lasting, but instead, I got a poorly made product that barely lasted a few workouts. Save your money and go with a more reliable brand. Would NOT recommend!

I have only ever used the traditional lifting straps, prior to purchasing these. These EZ grips were recommended by a friend, and they are great. I bought these for both my wife and myself. She really struggled with the traditional lifting straps but was able to use these with ease. You dont have to fumble with material and try to get a good wrap. These straps work great...they are comfortable, and they really do take the pain out of trying to grip.

Great gym addition at a fraction of the cost of versa but just as good. The smell of rubber is kind of overwhelming though

As an avid gym-goer, I've experimented with numerous lifting straps over the years, but the EZ Gripz PRO V2 Lifting Grips have quickly become my favorite due to their unparalleled ease of use and effectiveness. What sets these grips apart from traditional straps is how effortlessly and quickly they can be secured—there's virtually no fiddling required when setting them up on a bar.The standout feature of these grips is their fast and secure fastening system. After just one or two uses, I found that it takes no more than 2-3 seconds to achieve the perfect grip. This efficiency minimizes downtime between sets and maximizes workout intensity, a significant advantage during intense lifting sessions.Constructed with durable yet flexible materials, the EZ Gripz PRO V2 grips offer a comfortable fit and superb wrist support. This design not only enhances safety and comfort but also allows for an improved lifting technique by stabilizing the hands and wrists, thereby reducing the risk of injuries.Additionally, the adjustable nature of these grips adds to their versatility, making them suitable for a wide range of exercises and weight classes. Whether lifting heavy weights or performing high-repetition sets, these grips adapt seamlessly to any workout routine. In conclusion, if you're looking to enhance your workout efficiency and effectiveness, the EZ Gripz PRO V2 Lifting Grips are a must-have. They are a true game-changer in the gym, enabling quicker transitions and more focused sessions. I'm a serious recreational lifter and I like to go pretty heavy on the deadlifts. I've been lifting for a long time and traditionally have used lifting straps and I must say that I find this type of strap or 'grip' superior to the old ones that wrap around your wrist with the loop on the end that you curl tightly around the bar cutting off your circulation. If you arent' familiar with this type, It can take a little adjusting to get used to them. The velcro wraps more loosely around your wrist so that the grip part hangs down around your fingertips. You place your hands so that the bar is between your hands and the grip pads, then you use your fingertips to curl the grip pads up and around twisting them backward around the bar until they get tight and also pull the grip so that the wrist strap tightens around your wrist. When you are done with your set, you simply open your hands, the grip uncurls, and you are free from the bar. With straps sometimes I would get them so tight that it took a little jiggling to get them loose from the bar.I had some recognizable name brand grips for several years before one finally broke. I've been using these for a few months and so far have held up well. the grip pad I believe is supposed to be made of kevlar? Not sure if that gives it an advantage or just a marketing stat but time will tell. Also not sure what the name brand grip pads are made of but they did last a long while. These are around half the price of the name brand ones so if they last a few years they will no doubt pay for themselves. The stitching on these seems to be very good and the velcro on the wrist strap portion is strong. nothing about these seems to be cheap so far. They seem to be a tad longer than my old pair (I realize that these are 'name brand' but my others are I believe more recognizable as a brand, that's why I call them 'name brand.') which gives them slightly more curl around the bar and thus grip, but that could be my imagination, it's been a while since I used that other brand.I don't compete, but I still take advantage of coaching, mainly to work work toward perfection in form and maximize performance, and to try to stay as healthy and injury free as possible. One of my coaches that trained serious powerlifters told me once when I asked him if using straps was optimal, if I should be using hook grip or alternating grip. He told me that even the big boy's use straps when they train. He said to do myself a favor, get some straps and save my thumbs. So do yourself a favor and buy these grips. Honestly, in my opinion they are superior to straps just for ease of use. Maybe they aren't for everyone, but I think maybe most of the people most of the time that use these will like them and benefit from their use. You can use them for any pulling exercise, so you aren't limited to just deadlifting with them.So I will continue to use these once or twice a week and maybe when they finally break it will update my review and we'll see how long the last.

These grips are so amazing! I have long acrylic nails that cause issues when lifting heavy (deadlifts for example). With these I have zero issues with my grip or slipping! 10/10 would recommend! Great quality and very decently priced!

I actually meant to order the rubber ones, thinking theyd have more grip/durability, but these leather ones are fantastic! Very comfortable and very strong. I'm lifting very heavy and so glad my hands aren't torn up anymore and my wrists feel secure in them! Great product
