Purchased for our son who recently had patellar tendon surgery and is 6'4" tall; thankfully we found this stretch strap and the shorter bands would not have worked as well for his height. This is "static" stretch , meaning NO elasticity, which is what he uses at PT. Highly recommend this brand.

I’m a physical therapist and I absolutely love teaching my patients how to use this simple yet effective stretching tool! I mainly use it for my legs but this I’ve found that this is a great tool for stretching out the shoulder as well (hint: Look up videos on YouTube for tutorials as this is a highly versatile tool).Pros:- Extremely sturdy- Multiple loops can accommodate a wide range of limb lengths- Small and portable- Aesthetically PleasingCons:- None ; get this tool and start stretching !! I used something similar with my physical therapist which was also on Amazon. This one is the right length for my use at home. It is a little stiffer than a web belt, but very sturdy and yet easy to use. I'm sure it will last for years and years. I'm in my mid 70's with arthritic knees and using this has helped immensely and will continue to do so.
