These have maintained tension for every trip we’ve been on. Would not recommend traveling without them…your refrigerator will be a mess. These hold a tight tension and I have never had them move around.

These are to secure stuff during transit, not for organizing your pantry or fridge.Assuming you realize the goal is to keep things from moving around in the cabinet or fridge, these are helpful. That gallon of milk on an otherwise empty shelf is still going to be a problem moving “down the road” (pun intentional).Proper packing means keeping things tight with little (no) room to move. And heavy stuff lower. That means during travel you might have everything on one or two shelves. You can spread out for convenience in “camp”The brackets spring fit between the walls and should touch the moveable contents so there is no (or less) chance of stuff moving. Moving means acceleration. acceleration x mass (weight) = force the more weight and the more acceleration (think distance) the greater the force.More force means more potential for “trouble”Fitting the bracket.A good fit is important for the brackets to contain things. Enough spring force to hold the brackets in place and enough friction between the bracket and the walls are important. Cabinets are much less of a problem in this regard than the slick walls of a fridge. Additionally fridge walls often are not straight, having bulges and bracketing to contend with.

Easy to use and definitely helps secure items on the trailer fridge shelf. The arms are adjustable and spring loaded, which is a good thing and a minor challenge at the same time. The "feet" have to be twisted to lock them in at the width you need them. Once set, they are held in place by spring tension. All in all, it works!

Works well to keep stuff from falling out of the RV refrigerator. Also keeps things from going too deep into under sink cabinets. I do wish the connectors between the bars were adjustable since the bottom shelf on my frig door sticks further back into the area where the wall has grooves for shelves. It's hard to fit the feet into it without tilting it since I can't change the distance between the bars.

Love this! We bought 3 of these and use them in our RV when we travel. Work perfectly! The roughest road that we've been on was to McCarthy, Alaska. The last stretch of road is dirt/gravel 60 miles long and takes 3 hours to drive on a good day - has frost heaves, huge pot holes, washed out spots (and amazing Alaskan views). No a thing in our refrigerator moved! even the eggs were safe and snug in the camping egg carton. A must have for RV and adventures.

As dedicated beer snobs, my wife and I do purchase beer in bottles at times. Until we found this engineering marvel we had been relegated to can beer only while traveling. This is great, works well, seems sturdy enough, worth of a Nobel Peace Prize. You think I am being flippant. Well, you get up at 5AM, drive to work in rush hour, work all day, drive back home in rush hour, pick up the wifey, then drive another 5 hours, set up camp at 11PM, open the fridge to find beer leaking everywhere with glass, and stuff....at which point you have to hold back your frustration as you warned your better half that this particular preventable event could occur. Instead of drinking, laughing, and vacation spoonin, you have a war of the roses moment on your hands. Now you know why this refrigerator bar is so important to humanity, tender vacation moments, and the general happiness of nations.

Two years of no fridge bar and at last I have found a solution. Perfect as I live on my own and no heavy handed people will be opening the door. I did notice that it had moved slightly but just pushed it back and maybe I need to tighten some more.
