We were so excited to receive these velcro garter straps, as my daughter's regular garter straps are such a pain to put on. So, imagine our disappointment when, after just one show, they left the stirrup leathers, panel, & knee rolls of my daughter's saddle all scratched up. I am hoping to get the damage out with leather conditioner but, needless to say, we will not be using these again. I am currently working with the company to see if we can get a refund. Great idea but not a good product. I should also note that the sizing on these is not accurate. My daughter's calf measures 13", which would put her in a medium according to the size description, so that is what we ordered the first time around. However, these were too small, so we had to send them back & order a large.Update: I just heard back from the company, OSO1O/Foal LLC, & they are going to let me return these garter straps. Not happy with the product, but happy with the seller. Thank you!
