My 2018 Ford Edge has had two check engine lights on in the last 3 years since getting it, and both times it's for this little valve which was previously very hard to find. This is a direct replacement and so far it's working great. However, the last one I replaced was a cheap model from online and it didn't last long. So we shall see how well this works and I'll report back if/when it fails as to how long it's lasted.

had a code for evap purge valve, so i diagnosed it, powers and grounds tested good and was turning on and off with bi-directional controls. these tests gave me a definitive diagnosis that the valve was indeed the reason for my check engine light. replaced my valve withthis uint and drove the vehicle until the evap drive monitor ran, and it eventually ran ran and passed with no check engine, problem solved and this item worked like a charm!

I needed to replace the vapor canister in my Ford Fusion so I ordered this valve. When it came in I tested the solenoid before installing it onto the vehicle. The hose that this valve fits to is a hard plastic and so I replaced the entire line with quality rubber hose from the local auto store. I have been using the car for a short while and it seem to be working fine. All's ok here.

Awesome product replacement for kia Sorento 2011. Good alternative to OEM product and reasonably priced and affordable. Works right out the box and easy to install.
