This replacement EGR valve fit and functioned as expected. The vacuum port nipple was oriented just as the OEM part which meant no modifications to the vacuum line were needed. (1994 Chevrolet C1500 with 4.3L engine)

Learned the hard way. Use only original OEM parts for EGR valve. Worth the money compared to the aggravation of aftermarket imitators that will not work.

Most EGR valves like this one you're able to spin them to line up with the vacuum line, but for whatever reason these cannot be spun (or at least mine couldn't). I had to get a longer hose line to route it around to the back side which is very inconvenient. I gave it 4 stars because it works, for now, but I'll be nervous about the line touching something hot until the day it does and melts through the line. There's no reason they couldn't leave the ability to spin the valve to correctly line up.

Works great. I've had a code 32 setting on my truck for a long time now with another brand EGR valve installed. I read reviews that said it was because I didn't have the AC Delco part. Well, they were correct, the coe is gone. I haven't seen it since I installed this EGR valve.
