I tried making cannolis for the first time - I used these forms in an air fryer and they are GREAT. I LIKE that there is a split seam, because it enables me to push in on the mold to easily detatch the shell from the mold after air frying. If the molds didn't have that split, the shells would be difficult to remove.They are nice and thin, so they are perfect for baking to perfection and cool off quickly when you put them on the cooling rack, and ready to remove from the shells within a few minutes.The cookie cutter made it super easy to make the shells; I did find I had to use a "push-and-jiggle" method to ensure the cookie was cut out properly, on a silicone pastry mat. The cookie cutters are the PERFECT size!They're easy to clean, when you remember to grease them.I'm looking forward to deep frying a batch with these molds!(you can tell who can't cook or bake from cookware reviews! The split is by design, people! )

They are really nice. Did exactly what I needed. Says they are dishwasher safe but that doesn’t really clean them well in my opinion.

The metal tubes are not one piece connected together. Makes your dough for cannolis stick to the metal when frying the dough. Also very thin metal than bends out of shape

Super light weight cannoli forms. I love that there are so many of them in the one package. The last time I made cannoli, the fact I had a much smaller set, and had to constantly rewrap my forms. These completely got rid of that dilemma, and they cleaned up super easily.
