The included wiring harness was perfect for my purpose. The head unit I installed didn't use two of the wires. A word of caution: the wiring harness has a black wire with grey stripe and a grey wire with black stripe; make sure you don't get those two confused. The opening was just barely too small; I was able to get it to fit, but because of the way I had to squeeze the harness onto the head unit, the trim isn't flush. It's not terribly noticeable, but I see it. Overall, though, it did the job.

Went right in. Used with an atoto a6 head unit. Took maybe 15 minutes to remove and reinstall.
