The call buttons and receiver are already paired so just adding batteries to the receiver is enough to get the system working. Hooking lanyards to call button clicks can be tricky unless you have something like dental cleaning tools. Someone has attached a photo on where to attach lanyards.Overall, this is probably the cheapest working solution for less than $10 (with discount).

Seems to be loud enough and I got it on sale so it is what you pay for. The front light had to be glued back on and it doesn't want to hold the tone we set on it. Using it as an alert system for now because my boyfriend has to sleep in the other room while I'm sick. He's hard of hearing so the fact it lights up and gets his attention works for us, we would just like the tone to stay set on what he picks so he knows what it is. Seems to work through our small ranch style farm house but haven't tried taking it outside yet or anything.

works just fine. each remote can have a separate sound. very convenient with elderly or bed bound!

Have it mounted next to my doorbell alarm. Mom wears the transmitter and when pressed sends a very loud alert to me. Much needed. Alerts me immediately if she falls at night and needs assistance. Gives me peace of mind knowing dad will not try to pick her up again and injury his back again!

THis pager is a great tool when you have elders in your house or people that may lose their balance and fall.I have tested it all around my house and it works really well. The volume control is a great feature.The fact that the receiver is battery operated is good because it is mobile, and allows you to go other places, visit friends or family and help is always next to him.THere is no instructions to install the carrying cord. But its just a push down... easy

Product controls do not work correctly and one set of batteries was missing. Touch pads don’t activate the alarm speaker. And volume isn’t working. Volume control doesn’t work correctly Type of sound control does not work. Can’t select the sound you want
