I work in a police field. I lost the knob on my radio, when I reported it to my quartermaster, I was told that the radio would have to be sent into the shop just to have the knob replaced. I took it upon myself to try to find a replacement Looked on Amazon I found one ordered it, it was delivered fairly quick but it was too small. I took my time to do some research ordered another type & model. I was told I would get it between July 23 and 29th. I received it today July 19th and it fit like a glove, it fits perfect🤓👍🏽 , Thank You……

The website said it would fit a XPR3500 radio that is incorrect and I had order a pack of six and only received one which I got billed for all six. Very unpleased with this order.
