This is my 3rd order of this product. We like the product for a variety of reasons; does its job well, fits the holders in my downstairs bathrooms, is just as soft and functional as more expensive brands.

It even showed up two days early. I see a couple of the reviews mentioning delivery/box problems, and that makes sense since it’s a huge box. But for what it’s worth, the box showed up perfectly fine for me. I started using a similar TP, same company, in 2020, and when I think to buy this, I’m always happy. It’s comfortable and fantastically priced.

We have been purchasing this since the toilet paper shortage during Covid. The seller is wonderful to work with. My last box was damaged. During shipping. They took care of the problem promptly and professionally. My family think this is a great product.

The case of tissue is heavy and cumbersome. Every case I have received has been ripped apart, the contents dumped on the ground, and hastily thrown back together with much tape applied. Sometimes several rolls are damaged or even a roll missing. The delivery guys grab the flaps of the carton, which immediately rip apart, some even punch a hole in the side to make a hand hold. The cartons should be wrapped with plastic wrap or plenty of tape applied before shipped to protect the contents. At 65 cents per roll this is a very cost effective purchase. This is my 4th re-buy. I am very happy with the product itself but the careless manner in which it is shipped is disgraceful and angers me.
