These pads should work if you only apply small amounts of castor oil. Unfortunately, they leak when a liberal amount of oil is applied. Best used if oil is applied to skin and then pads applied over that area.

This is great, but it will leak a little bit, so use it outside of your sleep/bed so you don't get stains.

I need this but it's hard to put on myself. To have the most benefit, I put it on under my t-shirt to sleep. The straps are uncomfortable next to my skin. I only used it twice. It's not comfortable to wear.

I like that this pack is washable, so you can reuse it. I have several castor oil packs for all different parts of the body. So, I was excited to find one that specifically are made for the shoulder. The shoulder pack fit me perfectly, due to the many adjustments you can make with the elastic and velcro. It is soft and still supportive at holding the castor oil to your shoulder. I have has some shoulder pain lately and since I have been using this shoulder wrap, my shoulder feels better to me. I will continue to use this pack several times a week to see if I can really get rid of all of the pain. This pack is easy to use. I have washed it a few times and the material is still looks like new. The stitching is tight and is holding up to the wear and tear of being used regularly. This has been added to my other castor oil packs to help keep me healthy.

I used 3 times and on the 3rd time the oil was seeping thru the outer shell. I did not use a lot of oil. I washed the items before and also after 3rd use. Oil is now all over the outer shell. I've washed 2x and they still feel oily. Item really needs organic flannel removable material on the inside. Would not buy again.

Would be helpful to have another person to get this situated. I couldn't do it alone without smearing castor oil all up my arm.
