The wooden ball is light, so the chain won't get caught on items that you're removing from shelves.The ball is sturdy and the right size, easily grabbable and pullable.The chain is 36" long, which is longer than you probably think you need, but it's easily cuttable, and 36" is more ideal than you think.

Easy to find on a dark closet

Durable. The end of this chain has a male attachment, same as the 4" chain coming from my closet light fixture. I ended up cutting the existing chain's male part off...because I had a difficult time cutting through this one. That's a good thing!

I wanted to spruce up my closet so I got these. I love the size of the crystal ball. The weight of it is nice as well. Since I had two extras I added it to my lamp to make it look like pull lamps. I am absolutely in love!
