I bought 4 of these 4 years ago for for ceiling fans in bedrooms. The first one failed after 20 months even though it was rarely used. The second one failed last month in a guest room that is only used about 7 days out of the year. Both remotes still work. I cannot find any troubleshooting information. Is there a way to resetvorvreboot one of these?

Bought this controller to replace my original one that began to have intermittent failure and would turn off the ceiling fan. After turning off the circuit breaker, the install was easy because the wiring was labelled exactly the same as the original. Selected the DIP switches to match the old controller and everything is working! I'll give it a few days of break-in time, and if all is well, I'll leave a fifth Star on the rating. UPDATE: after about a week of using this replacement wall switch, it has performed exactly as is should. Both forward and reverse speeds! Leaving the fifth star!

I was replacing a fan control that had an intermittent problem with the light coming on. Bought this one to replace it and it did not even show power.

We really needed this so even though it appears to have been used and the box was open, and there were parts missing, we decided to keep it. We have it hooked up, and it appears to be functioning as it should be. Since it was a replacement for what we already had, we had the initial parts (screws and wire ties). We will keep our fingers crossed that it continues to function like it should.

the lights on the wall control that originally came with my Carrera Grande Eco fan quit lighting up so I ended up purchasing this to replace it. To my surprise it came with 2 other faceplates to match the color of my other switches so that was nice. Anyway I installed it and followed the programming procedure and got my fan back up and running! Glad I didn't have to replace the fan as it is an Emerson and looks great!

My remote went out several months ago and I wasn’t sure if I could get a replacement until I looked on Amazon and was really happy to find one that worked exactly as the one that went out. I have an Emerson ceiling fan and this remote connected to it easily. The install was also so easy that I was able to do it. The control buttons are easy to see and use.
