Needed a booster because i live in the mountains and spend a lot of time in the desert. Read many reviews of this vs the competitor and what sold me was that more than one person could use it. Package was well protected, great instructions. I downloaded the ap as well as the 3rd party ap, and started to hook up antennas, external first, test signal, internal antenna, test signal then booster. Easy to do!!!! Started it up and it boosts EXISTING signals, this does not create signals out of thin air, none of them do. Customer service was contacted multiple times and it turned out that during product registration i messed up. Redid it and all this worked well. I am very pleased with this product and would def buy again and will share with my 4x4 pals.

it improves the signal very little , If you have some dead spots and you are trying to get a signal there I would recommend to try another brand.

after purchase of HiBoost vehicle-cell phone and after installation it never helped to boost cell signal.I bought as I was on a USA_Canada road trip and it was worth =less and also very poor support from the company .It is rip off . It is very hard to keep calling the company when you are on a long road trip .

The power cord for the 3.0 car is a little short, however if you follow the directions and locate the devices first to make sure everything can be connected you’ll have no problems. Don’t forget to download the app for signal strength and check your system for the best locations. If you have any problems technical support can help you. They reply promptly and follow up to make sure you’re satisfied with your product. A+ in that area!If you are in an area that has very poor signal strength don’t expect miracles. The booster does work well and I noticed better service where before I only had 2 bars and now have 4. Installed on 2024 Ford Super Duty crew cab, kit could come with an alcohol wipe for the double sided tape but not a big deal as most everyone has some kind of cleaner. All in all very satisfied with the quality, technical support, and performance.

As a retiree who travels frequently around the state of Florida in a campervan, I have encountered weak cell signals in the remote areas of Florida's forests and other secluded locations. It has been difficult to receive calls or connect to the internet in these areas. I decided to try the HiBoost and am delighted with the results.I found the installation process to be quite effortless. First, I downloaded an app recommended in the instructions onto my iPhone to check the cell signal strength at my location. Then, I simply had to locate the optimal positions for the external antenna, amplifier, and internal antenna. I decided to place the external antenna on the front part of my roof, using its magnetic bottom to secure it in place. The small amplifier unit was placed on the side of my camper fridge, while the internal antenna was placed on the table at the back of the van. To my delight, this immediately boosted my signal by two bars in my driveway!I have tested the HiBoost at three different camping spots. Previously, at two of these locations, I couldn't get a strong enough signal for the internet. However, with the HiBoost, I can now access the internet at all three spots.Overall, the HiBoost Vehicle Cell Phone Signal Booster is a practical solution for individuals who frequently experience poor cell phone reception while on the move. By amplifying the existing signal, it helps improve communication, reduces dropped calls, and allows for a more seamless mobile experience while traveling.

This is a great booster and can raise phone signal by 20 to 30 dBm on average. We drove to Arizona and visited the Grand Canyon national park two weeks ago and during five days of traveling, I had never lost youtube music on the road and my wife had never lost any client's phone calls. According to her, all phone calls are clear like in the center of cities. We are happy with this product and wish we could know and could used this booster much earlier. We drove to Yellowstone national park in August this year and on that trip couldn't make phone calls and used youtube most of the time and that was a pain.The customer service and support are great, too. A support guy called me several days after I received this booster and helped me set it up and answered all my questions. After talking a few times on the phone I feel he is my friend.If you don't want a pain making phone calls and listening to youtube music on the road, go get this booster.
