You need to adjust the installation procedures for large vertical area repairs as gravity will cause the mixture to run. I repaired 1/2 inch drill holes (as well as two small ones) in my shower wall. I first filled the holes with drywall repair plaster/spackle to approximately 1/8 in depth. I then applied the mixture in thin layers waiting for each to dry. You need to apply in this manner until the mixture is higher than the surrounding tile. After it dries completely, sand it with the supplied material and you will have a professional appearing job.

Loved this patching material. I used it for cracked and damaged porcelain tiles and when colored properly, you really can’t see the patch at all. You need to work quickly after mixed but after following manufacturer’s suggestions, it worked out great. It cleans up nicely with acetone if it gets on something it shouldn’t.

Clear, easy to follow instructions, nearly invisible repair, what more could you ask. I dropped a tool on my foyer time and broke off a big chunk right at the grout line. Find the repair; it won’t be easy. Good stuff.

So I had a hole in the tile under my bed where the metal bed frame leg dug in to the tile over time and made it all the way down to the slab below and it was in spot where the grout was worn now too. The hole was about a 2 inch circle and I ordered this to try and not have to replace the tile. I will say it wasn’t perfect but the property management company didn’t ding me for it and I got my entire security deposit back. It looked pretty good, the color was more white than the tile, but other than that it filled nicely and hardened quickly. Easy to use and definitely worth the money.

The patch did not hide the tiny cracks and the larger crack had a glossy finish that stood out on the tile. Sanding was very difficult to get all of the excess filler.

Used this to patch numerous holes from previous door installs. Worked well, easy to mix and use - if only I was a little better with my colors this would have been perfect, but it's me not the kit. plenty of product for patching over a dozen holes and a couple of decent sized gaps and chips.

The product made the problem with the crack in my tile worse. I followed the instructions and when I went to sand the area it discolored the tile and product in the crack a dark color on my light colored tile. It won't sand off the discoloration. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

This was my first time using a product like this. When it dried it looked lighter. Sanding it after helped to make it matte and more even. Color matching was difficult but it looks better than it did.
