I actually ordered two of these. Both worked fine right out of the box. I was a little hesitant ordering but these guys ended up being great to deal with. I would say I would order from them again but I already have. Their customer support was great and the homogenizer worked as stated.

This machine is user friendly and comes with all necessary parts in order to operate. Works best with the pulse method so the fluid does not overheat. Manual indicates max operation time 30 minutes. Easy to clean.
