If you have a SRAM RD and a big cassette you probably need this. If you bought the RD separately, one would have been included but not necessarily when it was on a bike. Makes it way easier to set up

I've tried to set up my derailleur hanger with a ruler many times and it's always a little off. I've used this tool 5 times to set up derailleurs on my bikes and friend's bikes and it's been incredible!Very much worth the cost.
