Vent holes release heat so hitters can keep a cool head at the plate. The weight-optimized shell with impact foam provides comfort as well as protection. Wrapped with soft-touch moisture-wicking fabric, the jaw pads provide extra protection and comfort to the jaw. A DRI-GEAR moisture-wicking pad liner keeps batters comfortable at the plate on hot days, and the Bio-Fresh treatment provides an extra level of freshness protection. With patent-pending Double Lock Design, the included jaw guard attaches to either the right or left side. Secure it with screws (included) for an extra level of protection and remove them to move the guard to the opposite side. This kids’ batting helmet is excellent! It fits securely and comfortably, giving me peace of mind that my child is well-protected during games. The ventilation keeps them cool, and the padding is soft yet sturdy. The quality is top-notch, and the design looks great, too! Highly recommend for young athletes.!

Easily best youth baseball helmet for the price. My team gets 2-3 seasons out of these for a fraction of the cost of other helmets with tons of color options.

My son has recently gotten really into baseball (after spending the last 3 years playing only basketball year round 🙄). He hadn't played in a couple years so we needed all new stuff. Since he has a history of switching sports, I didn't want to spend $100 on a batting helmet. This is easily as good of quality, if not better, than the ones at the big box sporting goods stores. Fits him great (he's almost 10), has good padding/protection, and we love the removable jaw guard. If you're looking for a solid helmet on a budget, buy this!

This is a nice helmet. We ended up returning it because our son got one as part of All Stars but, if he hadn't, we would have kept this one. We really liked the chin guard. He is 9yo and his head size is on the larger side so we got the Large size. I do wish the sizing had been a little clearer in the description. We had to guess at the size because there were no details on the difference between the two sizes. We guessed correctly, though, and the size fit him well. He even had a little room to grow in it.

this helmet is beautiful and great quality! our son is lefty so we love that its universal and easy to switch. we had a hard time finding a helmet that had space to put the sticker with the name of his team, is hame and his number, most brands had the big logos and this one doesnt its perfect see the picture. my son says its very confortable. He is 8 and plays 3-5 times a week so comfort is important. we definitelly recomend it.
