Simple design, quick charging, okay materials:This product is very simple in its design and does work as intended. The product is made with cheaper materials but about what you'd expect for a ~$17 product. The charging capabilities are quick but about the same as a direct USB C connection. The stand does securely hold the device but the biggest reason I'd recommend this product is that it's just an easy way to keep track of the device while also giving it a charge. I'm much less likely to lose the product now compared to before I ordered this item, and am grateful to have a dedicated docking station.Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.

This is 100% for a Nintendo Switch, not sure why you'd try to shoehorn anything else onto it. As a Switch stand, it's not too bad. It could use a few more adjustments to allow more variety in the way you hold things, but I used mine with a Pro controller so I did not have to worry about the angle of the connected controllers. The RGBs worked and stayed lit. Easy to use and set up. Would be great to have for the kids when the TV isn't an option.

I have been having issues with my Switch charging and so I wanted to get another charger base just in case the charger itself was the problem (it wasn't, and therefore I now purchased a new battery to replace it with and hopefully that solves it, but I digress). That being said this is definitely plug and go, and lights up to show you it's working. It's nice for me to have multiple bases, as we keep the switch in the living room but the boys take it to their rooms to play as well and this way they can charge it easily upstairs without having to move all the charging cords. With this charger it holds it upright so you can take off the controllers and continue to play while it's charging as well, which is a bonus.

Stand works and it lights up in different colors but I think the price is a bit high for a plastic stand. No height adjustment and only a click angle adjustment. No way to lock in the angle. It does work but you still have to plug in the stand and your device has to plug in on the stand, it's not wireless charging or anything like that. If you like the look and need a stand give it a try.

The USB-C jack on this is not movable. It is fixed in a position that is far away from the back brace. It is clearly designed to hold game consoles light nintendo switch, steam deck, etc., where the body of the device is thick, and the jack needs to be further away from the back brace. If you put a phone in this, then entire phone is supported by the USB-C jack, with a big gap between the back of the phone and the back brace. Bottom line, if you use a phone in this, and press on the screen, it will eventually rip your phone's USB-C jack off of the circuit board, and you phone will be ruined. I think they need to remove the word "Generic" from the description.
