The following problems may occur：
- Small amount of water vapor may be generated:
- Large temperature difference leads to condensation of water vapor inside and outside the lampshade.
- In low pressure areas, water vapor is easy to accumulate and condense in winter.
How to solve this problem：
- Check whether the air vent is blocked. Turn on the low beam for about 20 minutes, and check whether the air vent is blocked, so that the water vapor cannot be discharged normally.
- Take out the headlamp bulb and wipe the inside dry before putting it back.
- Put the silica gel desiccant into the shell for moisture absorption treatment.

I needed to replace the third brake light on my 2010 F150 due to a leak in the cab. This replacement comes with a foam adhesive gasket to create a seal and it fits and it works. One issue I had is the bulb socket did not fit and lock in. I got it to stay but it did not lock in like the OEM.

Read a lot of reviews about water intrusion resulting in early failure of this light. Once I put the light in place and on the camper shell and checked the operation of the light, I ran a bead of caulk around the whole light. I hope this will solve the water intrusion problem.I will try and post a follow-up in a year and let you all know if this worked....

This was super easy to install and fit our Ford Focus 2014 perfect. It was way cheaper than getting at the auto store as well.

I purchased this in July of 2020. Great light, nice and bright and fit my Raider truck cap perfectly. Only gave it four stars due to the poor assembly from the factory. Moisture penetration after 2nd trip through carwash. Finally quit after a year and a half. I'll be pre sealing the new replacement I just ordered with silicone before I install it and would strongly suggest you seal yours too before install. Should last a lot longer than one and a half years if it stays dry inside.
