I bake bread and this cooling rack works perfectly. It’s high enough to get good air circulation to cool the Pyrex bread pans and the metal ones also. When finished the legs fold up making it easier for storage. I also use it for everything else that needs cooling.

My favorite feature is that it collapses flat for storage. It's smaller than my other one, but it is perfect for pies and cakes. I've run it though the dishwasher quite a bit and it still looks new.

If I designed what I needed, I couldn’t have done it any better. This rack is a perfect fit for my roasting pan. This rack is so much better than the V rack which have wide bars and allow the prime rib to deform slightly. This rack has close spaced bars and therefore solves the problem. It is also easily sturdy enough for my 6 pound prime rib roast. No idea what it will be like to clean but I’m guessing it will be simple. Very very pleased with this rack.

Has foldable legs...use on top of my counter top oven to allow circulation because I keep my mini dash griddle and waffle irons there
