This is a very nice tea utensils set. The pieces are- for the most part- well made and functional. They are easy to clean and an experience to use. The issue I had was with one of the wooden utensil having what appears to be a wood grain crack that's very noticeable. Otherwise a decent value.

I admit, I got this set for the container. I thought it was a lovely shade of blue and I’m a sucker for a cool-shaped container. I did try out the tools and found the experience calming. There’s something tranquil and relaxing about a tea ritual. The tools are sturdy and good quality metal. The container is a thick ceramic. My favorite part is still the container, but the entire set is great.

This tea ceremony set reminds me of my time in China, where tea rituals are a way of life. The tools included in this set are nearly identical to what I saw being used in traditional tea houses. It brings back memories of carefully measured tea leaves, slow pours, and the quiet appreciation of each cup. What I Like:Authentic Feel: Using these tools takes me back to the tea ceremonies I experienced in China.Well-Made Pieces: The wooden and copper details add a natural, elegant touch.Everything Needed: The set includes a tea caddy, spoon, clip, needle, knife, and brush—each with a purpose.Practical for Brewing: The tea clip helps with hygienic handling, and the brush keeps the teapot clean.Concerns:Requires Care: These are not dishwasher-safe and need to be cleaned by hand.Takes Patience: Some tools, like the tea knife, take practice to use properly.Final Thoughts:Making tea with this set is an experience. It slows things down and makes each step feel intentional, just like the ceremonies I remember. A simple, beautiful way to enjoy tea.

The boat and other ceramic parts of this set look just as pictured, and look to be well-made. They look great sitting next to my kettle and gaiwan, and I like how the boat acts as a holder for the tools --- much more convenient than having to remember to grab them out of my tea cabinet! However, the stain on the dark wooden parts of the tools were a bit strong and sharpie-like. It faded when they were washed, but was still present afterwards. The tongs were also a bit stiff and were rough at the edges, which made it difficult to grab tea. The wooden ends of each of the tools were rough and chopped, rather than rounded. Several were missing small chips of wood around the bottomof the wooden parts, though the color reamined consistent in those areas, making them not distracting.Despite these flaws, however, the appearance is as pictured, the tools are functional, and the pottery aspects are well done. So, 4*!
