I am giving them a five star because of the customer service. We have been trying for a month to get this cell to work but no luck. They offered to ship a free replacement but cant send itvto hawaii. So they did get me a full refund. Doesn't solve my pool problem, but they do stand behind there product. All lights are green, salt cell at 100%, replaced my old cell but this one doesn't cut down on algae.

I replaced my Pentair cell with this at half the price and it works perfect! It was so easy to install, same fittings that the Pentair use. They even included a cleaner base for when the cell needs a muraitic acid cleaning! Perfect!

I had issues right after installing it, but found that I hadn't balanced correctly. Once I shocked and balanced it's been running great for two months so far with no additional chlorine.

This salt water pool chlorine generator is half the price of the old Pentair salt cell and works fine. It is making chlorine without fail. I am not sure if it is completely compatible with my Intelliconnect as the Intelliconnect never did work right. I would avoid Pentair products at all cost. They are overpriced and don't last long. There is no support from Pentair and few local technicians know how to set-up and program the Pentair products.

Needed to replace our original Pentair Chlorinator after 8 years, which was a great performance. Pentair prices were up to $1100-$1200. So I purchasedCHLORWORKS Salt Cell - Model No. CWPC20-1. This model plugs in to the Pentair electronics, but not only that, uses the same plug from the same company as Pentair. I also noted that the lettering on theCHLORWORKS Salt Cell - Model No. CWPC20-1 was molded exactly like the Pentair, leading me to believe it's owned or made by Pentair. I worked in Hi Tech my entire life and moved manufacturing to Mexico and China and you would be amazed how many brand names are made in the same factory's............I am now editing my experience 0n 10-22-24...........My Chlorworks Salt Cell still works great, but a Squirrel chewed through some of the wires this past Saturday. On Saturday I emailed the company my problem, and the response with a suggested fix was sent to me on Sunday. Customer service, even over a weekend is almost unheard of, but CHLORWORKS Came Thru....Great Product and Great Customer Service

Fit and form are initially good. Bought the unit to replace an IC20. When operating the pump in slow speed, the unit flashes a low flow warning. This did not happen with the IC20. No phone number listed in the manual. The email listed comes back non-deliverable. Probably going to have to return and buy the IC20.Update: Contacted by customer service and they promptly mailed a new flow switch. Seems to work fine now. The display is a little slow to respond when you push a button, but unit seems to work fine.
