The spiral binding machine is portable but small and basic. It doesn’t need some improvement, but I guess we’re starting out it might not be that bad.

Edited to change from 5 stars to 2.This punch broke. In January. I bought it in November. I am so disappointed. When I slide the slider across it sticks and some of the punches stay down in the paper ripping the paper.I love this little machine. It's a great dupe for the GMC Proclick and it works wonderfully. Easy to use and punches different thickness of paper including thin cardboard (like cereal box thick) and laminated pages.

I was hoping this manual hole puncher would be suitable for spiral binding, but the holes are too far apart. Paper ends up bending instead of laying flat. However, the hole puncher itself works ok and gets the job done. It’s just not the smoothest and a little pressure is needed to slide the cutter.
