This rake is not quite sturdy enough to suit me. the prongs are fairly far apart, so leaves escape between the prongs. While the mirror seems like a good idea so that you can see inside your gutters, getting the right angle to actually be able to see is too tricky. I am disappointed. I'll have to keep trying.

If there is one very necessary job i have to do multiple times of year that i dread, it is cleaning the gutters. I’ve been looking for gutter cleaning solutions for years. I was thrilled when i found this one… it seemed like the perfect solution to not having to get up on a ladder to clean the gutter… unfortunately it fell short for me. The mirror seemed like it would be a very helpful accessory, but it was kind of gimmicky to me. I couldn’t really see the mirror well enough to see inside my gutter. The rake attached does a fine job of raking leaves, but a lot fell through the rake… I think I’d prefer more of a solid claw than a rake with a bunch of gaps in it. Also, I found pretty quickly that it was annoying to scoop up leaves and not be able to pick it up because it was caught on the gutter supports inside the gutter. I’m giving this a 3 star review because i found the build quality to be good and it does sort of accomplish the job if you’re just looking to clear out “most” of your leaves. I wouldn’t personally recommend buying this though if you’re trying to winterize the house and give your gutters a good clean.

I had no presuppositions that this product was gonna be awesome at it's prescribed job and after I got it, realized I didn't have the pole included version. This lead to finding an unused pole on another garage item that wasn't in use and provided a solid hour of assembly entertainment. It also did not come with assembly instructions, but I see them now in the item write-up on the sales page. There are 3 plastic sections that must be combined in such a way that they allow for attachment to a pole and give you a wide range of angular autonomy offered by few other products. However, once these assembled, it's clear that the sturdiness of this item is subpar and any amount of pressure on the connection points will yield unwanted bending or breaking of the plastic pieces. I actually bought this to be a rake to use in small places where normal rakes won't fit. I liked the idea that that tines could be adjusted to different widths. I used it once and it sort of accomplished its job, but it was flimsy and frustrating to use and sent out strong vibes of "do not try to do this again". As for putting this up on your gutters and dragging out leaves, I'm betting it will take you an extra hour or more of adjusting and re-adjusting the plastic pieces in to varying angles. Also, my gutters are painted and the metal rake and bolts protruding from the plastic connectors would scratch the paint off the gutter, and that's not really an interesting prospect for me.

Mini rake is super useful to scoop out those leaves and debris in your gutter. Accompanying mirror helps you look into the gutters without having to be high up on your ladder.

The rake broke before I was even done with half of a small garage gutter. Plastic junk ,and I was not abusing it.The Pole kit that I bought separately for it was heavy and had a tendency to unscrew itself. If this review would allow it, I would not even give it one star. You're better off using a tube attachment for a leaf blower to do the job. Which is exactly what I purchased After returning this POS.

Update: November 4, 2024:I used it again today on wet leaves; and it does well. But, I noticed that the Squeegee Adapter started slipping when I had a heavier load on it; so I added a hole to it, and a screw knob. You could use a wing nut, or a spring pin, or a regular bolt of any type to keep it on. I just happened to have the know handy. And, you might want to use nylon thread tape to your pole too. It's not likely to unscrew completely; but mine loosened when I switched directions at the valley. It is a very good tool for clearing the gutters, and valleys. I made quick changes to the geometry of the handle, and the rake fan.----------------------Original Review. My wife isn't keen on having me up on a ladder in leaf season to clean the roof valleys and gutter dams.I've been using an adjustable length threaded extension pole with a Mr. Longarm TV869628 Squeegee Adapter and a cheap hand rake stuffed onto it. The rake has a hollow handle; so the Squeegee Adapter fits into it snugly. But, that rake is a shared tool; and it's beginning to fall apart, and it is limited to a flat angle several feet away from the house. So, at best, it only works for some of the leaves I need to get cleared. And, I haven't found a replacement for it until now.So, when I saw this Kebe multi-position, multi-width rake was one of the item I could try from the Amazon Vine Program; I looked at it very carefully. It is intended for their custom pole; not the universal USA screw type poles that you find in the big DIY, and paint stores.Kebe intended this rake to be fastened to their pole with (2) bolts; but the end is hollow; and I already know the Squeegee Adapter will do the job. So, I ordered it.First the not-so-great experience with this Kebe rake; it needs to be assembled, and didn't come with instructions. After 15 minutes of trial and error; it all came together.I'm impressed with the adaptability of it. You can adjust the arm to us it overhead in blind spots. It comes with a small bike mirror to help you see what you are doing in that situation; but I haven't mastered where to put it to make that happen. I don't think the mirror is critical; but it's a nice to have feature one you've figured out how to use it.I would recommend the Kebe rake attachment for the average home garden tool collection for all of the ways it can be used to get things off the roof, and out of the gutters. It is the only tool I've found that can do that on a standard treaded pole (you pick the length you need). I took off a Star for the missing instructions. I would give it 6 Stars if it was universal threaded from the factory.
