Product Instructions

1. Product Model: UW-CN55 COIL NAILER.

2. Product Usage: This product is mainly ideal for roofing, insulation board, and other wooden structure applications.

3. Nail Specification: Wire Diameter: 2.1-2.3mm, Nail Length: 25-57mm.

Instructions for safety

1. Please wear gloves and earmuffs to ensure safety.

2. Working Pressure: 0.6-0.8Mpa.

3. Please do not use inflammable and explosive gases such as oxygen and gas as power source.

4. It is strictly prohibited to put your fingers near the nailing nozzle to avoid personal injury.

5. Remove the air connection when the tool is not in use or for maintenance.

6. The company is not responsible for any injury or accident that occurs when the operation is not performed in accordance with the instructions.

Air Supply Matching

1. Power source: compressed air pressure range: 0.6-0.8Mpa. It is strictly prohibited to operate over the working pressure that would damage the tool.

2. Please configure an oil-water separator to ensure that the compressed air is clean and dry to extend the service life of the nail gun.

3. The length of the air duct should not exceed 5 meters.

Operation Instructions

1. Connect the air source and ensure the air pressure is within the normal range.

2. When pulling the nail, do not put your fingers near the nailing muzzle to avoid personal injury.

3. Do not empty shooting to avoid damage to the piston and diver.

Tool Maintenance

1. Before use the tool, please add 1-2 drops lubricating oil to ensure the lubrication of internal parts, so as to improve the working efficiency and prolong the usage age.

2. Please keep the nozzle inside and outside clean without any sundries.

3. Do not disassemble the tool to avoid damage. If it does not work properly,please send it to local dealer or special maintenance site for professional repair. Non-professionals are not allow to disassemble by themselves.

seems to nail ok but doesnt come with instruction manual and there is nothing online that shows me how to use it

Only issue found was it does like to double fire. Otherwise better than my hitachi and makita guns. Well worth the price
