I REALLY love my coffee tamper! I was very impressed with it's heft and weight. The wood is a very nice, smooth, polished surface. It's the right size and has been working excellently! Great purchase! I honestly wasn't expecting the quality that I received from this!

I press part way while twisting. I repeat this while gradually increasing how far I push it until I hit max pressure. Maybe a half dozen push and twist cycles? My espresso shots are extremely consistent -- the spring really helps.

Ok for the price a bit loose on a my 51mm portafilter but does the job.

This is a nice tamper. I’m new to this hobby, but the tamper feels substantial, and the wooden grip is very nicely made.

Fits perfect with my custom and stock portafilters. Item is an amazing weight and seems of great quality. Not cheaply made. The only reason for 4 stars is because I have not used it yet . 5 stars...works perfectly and not overly expensive
