This looks like a great product (I had to return the one i bought) it would not fit on my 2013 F250 6.7 without me making some adjustments so I went back to OEM.

I purchased this because of a weak point in the rubber tubing on the cold side pipe. I was recommended another, significantly higher priced replacement from my mechanic. However, I found this system via watching a video on YouTube. The problem is…the spring loaded clamps are junk. The cold Intake fitting clamp would not get tight enough to keep it from blowing off after a test drive. I ended up using the OEM clamps instead….thankfully I didn’t throw them away. I also ordered a new temperature sensor since the locking tabs usually break when you apply slight pressure to remove it from the OEM hose.Unfortunately, the CNC drilled hole for the temperature sensor, was not milled correctly. I ended up having to nip a portion of the ramp tighteners on the sensor to get it to drop into place and allow for tightening.Due to trying to get the upper clamp tight enough, it ended up pulling right through the loop and rendering it impossible to use. Thankfully again…I kept the OEM clamps. The rubber boots and tubes need to be better molded to account for the power steering reservoir hindering ease of movement. Additionally, the throttle body tube is CNC milled nicely, however, the reducer tube needs to be molded to account for a slight bend in direction to the metal downpipe. It took 6 different test drives to finally get the lower connection tight enough to avoid turbo blow by.So, in short, it’s a workable purchase, just retain your OEM clamps and use those instead. They are thicker metal and are thread/screw type clamps that will afford you to tighten enough to drive without issues.

For the price, I would compare the rsplacement Kit right up there with tbe +300.00 dollar replacement! The quality of tbe welds are top notch and the materials used are also remarkable. I would definitely buy again if I ever had the need. Hoping they sell other Super Duty Parts!

This kit doesn’t fit without a wrestling match and the sensor port is in the wrong location . The kit has blown the upper boot off not matter how hard you tighten the clamps after the 7th time it let go I took it back off the truck and put it on the scrap pile don’t waste your money or time to install this junk

Good fit for the 6.7 powerstroke, all parts were there and in good quality. Took about an hour to take old charge pipe out and new in. The hardest part was the upper clamp off of the 90 from the inner cooler. It took me 1/2 hr to just get that clamp tight. Really nothing do with product just super tight space in engine bay.Just make sure that the 90 degree elbow going ON TO the inner cooler is fully on. I test drive after install and heard a boost leak, came back checked everything and realized that the boot from the inner cooler was not on all the way. ( recommend removing the power steering reservoir ) only one bolt. Set it aside to you can slip your hand down and make sure the boot is seated all the way. Other then that was pretty straightforward. No instructions but common sense you can get it.Better then buying $200-300 bucks in my opinion!

Just got done installing this on my 2017 F250. Was told it would work, which it does, but it takes a little bit to get all the lines back in in the space you have to work in. Biggest problem I ran into is on the lower hose where it 90s out. The clamp they give you for there won't fit because the silicone hose is bigger than the nipple it goes on. I had to take the original clamp and fit it on and then I could make everything fit. It appears that everything works good now , but I will keep you updated.
