I'm using theses reamers to enlarge the holes in my pearl beads. They work really well. Just dip the pearl in water and the tip of the reamer in water and then run it through the existing hole to enlarge it. Don't run the Dremel too fast or it will get hot. Just keep dipping in water and reaming the bead until it gets to the size you need.

make sure you have water drip when using these reamers. Other wise tip gets too hot and coating turns into a glob at tip.
