Installation of this device was great... absolutely no problems. The display was bright and easy to see. We purchased this device in February 2025. It was delivered on February 20th. We plugged it in, tested it and all was good. Today, March 29th, I went to do the monthly recommended testing and realized the device is no longer working. I tried to reset it; however, the display or power button will not turn on.

Worked great for a few months. Malfunctioned and started reading high numbers for CO. Tested outside to make sure it wasn't just me.

Super easy to use, just plug it in! This CO & gas detector has a digital display readout, a voice and flashing light alarm, and indicator lights. The only negative is it mostly blocks the second receptacle so it needs either a dedicated wall plug or a t-type cube to plug into.

I got this for some added redundancy in an upstairs bedroom. It is simple to use by just plugging into an unused outlet. That is the main drawback because the device is big and makes it virtually impossible to use even a dual electrical outlet for anything else and that is not advisable any way. It seemed to work fine in my limited tests.

Ordered for the peace of mind at my daughters' new condo. A dad can never be more careful of course. I can't know for sure if it's function so I'll have to put my faith in it that it works as described since you can't really test it.
