A bad design and does not do what you think. The voltages are all tied together. At best it's a 3 way power distribution board you can measure 3 currents from. But the source voltage has to be the same. When you poll the chip's 3 channels they will all be the same nominal voltage. The chip itself is capable but the circuit design is flawed.
