The pillow arrived quickly, properly packaged and in impeccable condition. It's soft to the touch, but firm enough to hug it without deforming. This is a recommended purchase for anyone that looking for a excellent pillow to put an anime cover on.

Bought this thinking I wouldn't use it that often and just for an anime bodypillow.... Now I use it every night because it helps me fall asleep 3x as fast, no longer turning over and over back and forth to find the perfect spot when I have this very comfortable pillow.Cannot recommend enough, just get a "normal" pillow too if you're a weeb like me haha

The softness is really great. It came vacuum sealed so you'll have fluff it up before use. Around ten plus times will do. It sleeps exceptionally well. I am side sleeper and it came in real handy. I love this pillow so much. As for the money aspect, is more expensive than most but, it was definitely worth the price. Overall, great product!!

This Dakimakura is the real deal. The labeling looks authentic, this is not a fake. The pillow is so soft and comfortable. It feels like a mix between a standard pillow and memory foam. It is soft and bouncy. Maybe it does not give the best support for sleeping, but it feels sort of like a real body. It was a bit more expensive than American body pillows, but it is well worth the extra money to get a real one, with the correct dimensions for a Japanese cover. Don't waste your money on knock-offs, get the real deal.

This pillow arrived quickly and is exactly as described. It fits my dakimakura case perfectly with little slippage. As a side sleeper who typically clutches onto a stuffed animal at night, I found the transition to this pillow completely natural and far more comfortable. The stuffing is bouncy and soft, yet still supportive. While it is kind of a steep price if you're comparing it to body pillows readily available in the US, it's absolutely worth it. I had been gifted a body pillow from Target ages ago and not only was it too short for my case (that I am only moderately ashamed to admit I have), the stuffing never really bounces back after you sleep with it. Comparatively, this is wonderful, and I believe it's made of the same fabric my case is, which is cooling to the touch and silky. Initially I was worried my case would slide around due to how slippery the fabric is (the 2-way tricot, typical of dakimakura) but my concern appeared to be unfounded. Also, I have a lot of body pains (hips and my entire back), and when I cling onto this it really does help alleviate some of that, even if just temporarily.Tl;dr: highly recommend this if you're looking for a case for your anime pillow! Soft, comfortable, cooling, and worth every cent. Heck, I'm tempted to get rid of my regular head pillow since I seem to just use this now, we'll see.
