Installation consideration:
1.Tighten the mounting bolt to the fixing holes of the fork/frame body.
2.The brake cables will pass through the wire noodle in turn and through the rubber boot to fix the brake wire tube in position.
3.Fix the brake cable on the fixed bolt(not too tight), then install the brake arm, adjust the distance of the brake arms. When everything is right, the brake cable will be firmly secure.
Attention:
1.Please make sure your bike has a mounting hole centered on the top of the front fork or rear frame before purchasing.
2.Brake Lever Only used as brake levers, not fit for shifter.

Not a bad set of brakes. They work fine and install like any brake sets. The biggest pain is the the set screw for the wire. Most brake sets have a through hole for the wire for it to lock in really well. These do not have a through hole so I've had the wire pop out and not be able to stop.

Overall, this was a pretty straightforward v-brake kit. I wish it had come with some in-depth instructions to make sure I was getting all the fine-tuning correctly done, but easy enough to figure out.My biggest complaint is that the front brake cable was too short for an ideal fitting. I would much rather have 3-4 extra inches that I can cut down that having a cable that barely makes it and makes tuning it a pain. These are a dime a dozen on this site, so perhaps look for another option if they don't do anything to fix this issue.

These do not go on my 10 year old son bike. These are not universal as they say. Ugh!!!! How frustrating.

For the price they ask you won't find a better seller. Packaged perfectly, multitool, tire wrench, extra cables and excellent quality. Walmart has 2 low quality brake shoes for $9.99. Look what $20 gets you overnighted

Good set of V brakes. This is not the brakes that is mount from a single too screw. Match your brakes before you purchase. If you can take the old brakes off, just install this back in reverse order.
