For years, I have wanted to do a test to gain control of my gut health. I read the reviews and ordered. The process of obtaining the blood sample was simple, and I mailed it off on a Monday afternoon and had my results published via email the following Tuesday! I had concerns about dairy, but the cereals/seeds were shocking! I appreciate all the information and look forward to healing my gut in 2025.

I was shocked when my results came back with almost no sensitivities. I had more testing done, including through my doctor, and ended up with a lot of sensitivities. Glad I didn’t take this as truth! Frustrated I wasted my money.

I ordered this product for my 6 year old daughter who struggles with eczema and gut health issues. We live in Canada and no doctor will help us get things under control. I finally had enough of my daughter crying every night before bed about her skin being so awful and why this is happening to her. I did a bunch of research and big shocker…….. these test are hard to find in Canada. I started doing research on sensitivity testing from the USA and found that most companies just won’t ship to Canada. I found this one on Amazon and lucky for me it said I could order it. I did my research and was very impressed with the blood collection tool, seeing how it was for my 6 year old the video made it seem like it would be effortless. I was still nervous that there was no way that it is painless. The kit arrived with no issues and when we went to do the collection it was also a breeze. My daughter watched on her iPad and said she didn’t feel a thing. We did have to leave it a little longer then 5 minutes and I massaged her arm to make sure we got the tube as full as we could but other then that it left a small mark on her arm and she hasn’t complained about it once. The customer service department was VERY helpful when I called twice. 1- to confirm how to input my Canadian address when registering the kit 2- to confirm the shipping address because I decided to mail it courier to make sure it arrived. Once BLS got my kit I received an email within minutes to indicate they are processing it. My account was updated and now I await the results. I am praying this brings some answers to us but am thankful for the ease that has been brought to us by BLS in a rather stressful and emotional time. I’d recommend this kit to anyone who is trying to find answers to better their health.

The test came within two business days, even though I ordered it right before a major holiday. Then I mailed it back during a holiday week and still got my results back quickly ( mailed on a Thursday and had results by e-mail by following Tuesday). The testing kit instructions were easy to follow and they have a helpful video for the blood collection. Even though others claimed it was painless, I had my doubts, but it was painless. It left a small cut that is healing nicely. The full collection of blood took me 8 minutes instead of five, but that was no big deal. I mailed it thru the post office with the pre paid mailing envelope enclosed with the kit. The results are easy for an average person to navigate. No dr consultation or further “selling” more products to you. Just cut these foods out of your diet and see if it helps. I have been trying to figure out what my digestive system didn’t tolerate for years. So I had a few things figured out, but had missed some major ones. And they do break down some foods like milk into 3 different proteins so you know which ones you don’t tolerate. And eggs are broken down into the whites and yokes. Great information, now I’ll test it out and see if the results match the test .3 weeks later… I have navigated through removing the foods from my diet that I am sensitive to and added a few back in that my test said I didn’t have a reaction to. So far this information has lead me down the right path for both removal and adding back in foods. I feel so much better! Mysteries are getting solved. And I know I would never have figured this out on my own, especially since I have issues with both a food and a popular substitute like I have sensitivity to egg whites and flax( popular vegan egg substitute). Super happy with this test. I would recommend and I feel the results were true and correct.

This product helped me figure out what I need to stay away from. Gluten, eggs, all milk, peanuts. It's a big change but my mood has improved and also swelling in my body has decreased! I'm extremely greatful to have found out my intolerances!

Product comes with a link to watch a step-by-step video on how this process goes. It was very simple and painless (you click one button and it does all the work for you).Only down side, It took two weeks to get back to their lab once i mailed it off (should’ve only been 3-5 days, their lab was not very far from me). Not a huge problem but if you’re in pain from food intolerances and want quick tests results this may not be the option for you.It also left a itty bitty scar where the blood was drawn.I’ve done eliminations and re-introduced each food labeled as my trigger foods and found this to be insanely accurate. Cheaper than a doctors visit and I actually got answers so A+ from me.
