The pot is large, easy to use, and not all that heavy. It served its purpose as a brew kettle wonderfully. The only reason it doesn't have 5 stars is because, during its first use, it caused the carbon monoxide alarms to go off throughout the house. Make sure you thoroughly wash the exterior before use!

This stock pot is great for the price. I ordered this to use on tomato sauce canning day and found that I could do a batch of about a bushel and a half at a time in the 40qt with enough room for stirring/ avoiding any boil-over. It worked great with a propane burner (concord block 13”) and I loved keeping the extra heat from a day of cooking and canning out of the kitchen. Would strongly recommend getting an extra long utensil that provides a means of scraping the bottom to avoid any sticking/burning. The Winco 36” mixing paddle was perfect for this.

I'm pleased with how thick the pot is and it looks like I can process 5 half gallon jars at a time!

Update**** I received an email from concord, they said it looked like a faulty coating & said they would send a new one. C.S. Is huge. It took 4 days to email me back, BUT they did & they are willing to help. So I will order from this company again. This pot comes with a one year warranty. I will update my review after I use the new pot. But they got more stars just for the great CS.When my pot arrived, it felt heavy duty & very nice quality. But when I was done using it, to make bone broth I see burn through rust spots. I emailed the company, but no response. This pot is too expensive to only get one use & it says it has a warranty. I will update my review, after I get a replacement because it is possible I just got a defective pot.

Way too large for what I needed so I reordered a 52 quart but let me tell you this is a really good company and the pots are beautiful and strong! I will only order my canning product s through them!

No, not that kind, but this stainless pot is a good value. it's not too thin so it will last, I would have liked a thicker bottom but for this price, 5 stars all the way. Made it into a mash kettle for brewing beer with weld-less fittings and it's working out well. Perfect size for a half barrel brew. The 19.5" false bottom sold by amazon fits this perfectly.
