This is a fantastic product. I will absolutely buy it again once this one wears out. However, I have had it nine years. I live in the south so I only have to wear it a couple months a year. However, it still looks like the day it was bought. The only thing I will say is the size run small. The triple X is more like a double X and seems a little short in the length.

This is a great fleece. High quality materials was used to make this, it’s very comfortable and the little extra sleeve that comes out from inside the sleeve with the thumb holes was a very pleasant surprise. I will absolutely recommend this to everyone in my unit

I travel frequently for business on long-haul flights and I like to dress for comfort. I had a Peckham USMC half zipper pullover with a kangaroo pocket that I used for 10 years. It was great and very durable as well as warm and loose-fitting for comfort. I'm 6'4" 210lb. That pullover was a large tall. After 10 years, the wear was starting to show. It developed a hole on the pocket and I looked to replace it. I wasn't able to find tall sizes anywhere. I decided to give this a try. It fits nicely in large. The arms are long enough and it covers my belt. It seems pretty well-made and durable, especially considering the price. We will see if it goes 10 years...

Love the jacket. Wanted a jacket that was lighter weight for mild climate days. This one is perfect for days in the 50’s and a little cooler. I was turned off at 1st by the way the top part looks shiny but it does not look like that. I believe that pic was taken in unnatural light. I did read the reviews and went 1 size up and fits great. I based this off of 2 other jackets that I own.

PEOPLE!! Read the reviews. This item "runs small". If you plan to run this as an outer layer then order the next size up from your regular size. I am a L, thus I ordered an XL. I put on my "run" wear and then tried the jacket. PERFECT FIT! This jacket has an "athletic cut" to it so if you are a bit "overly dimensioned" in the waist area you may have issues no matter which size you order.I gave the jacket a complete inspection for manufacturers flaws. OK, a few "Irish Pendants" was all that I noted. The stitching is complete and all edges are "rolled" and sewn to decrease the likely hood of seam issues. Zippers are not YKK but are of great quality and they ALL fully passed the "rapid zip-unzip, c'mon fail sucker" test. Again the rolled seams keep zippers from jamming like found on inferior products. The shoulder and elbow material adds to the durability. The elbow material is even tucked and sewn at the normal "roll" points to keep it squared away. I have also chosen to apply weather guard (silicone) to the shoulders to enhance inclement weather readiness. The thumb holes in the cuffs will keep you locked tight against drafts. I use gloves 90% of the time when in movement so I am not concerned with the material of the cuff. The collar fits well and zips up snug. I didn't pack a shemagh/veil into the test but I am positive they will be run on the outside of the jacket if the collar is zipped up (another draft fighting feature). As for color choice, choose the base color of your surroundings. OD for temperate regions with vegetation and Coyote for Arid are good calls. I personally run Coyote all the time. The object is to keep you warm, comfortable, offer full-range of movement, and thus keep you on-point. Bryan and Mike at Condor Outdoor Products obviously kept "all things tactical" in mind when they designed the ALPHA Micro Fleece Jacket. SPOT ON GUYS!!My only dislikes....It wasn't free...LOL.Guy and Gals...This is a Fantastic Jacket for any Operator or outdoor enthusiast. Spend the money and give it a run. I'll bet you'll employ it into your kit.Plus...the vendor I chose is GTG!! Gadsden and Culpeper are solid and don't need the hassles from vending low pro gear.I DO NOT REPRESENT CONDOR OR G&C!! IF I FOUND ANY DISLIKES AND DEFECTS I WOULD HAVE PLUGGED THEM INTO THE REVIEW. SEMPER FI!!

Very nice jacket and well worth the price. The attention to detail is very good and it functioned great through a rough northeastern winter.[Preface: I am 5' 10" 155lbs w/ a 15 1/2" neck] The Large was more of a Slim Large but I found the sleeves fall where they should and it falls just below my waste line nicely. I can wear a sweater under it if I'd like so it's Not Too Slim if you normally wear a Large. If you intend on layering it with a Condor Softshell, just get the softshell a size larger. I wear the Large fleece and my softshell in XL fits perfect over it. An amazing combo for an extended trip in the woods.

I've had this jacket only a week but I haven't taken it off since I bought it. It's very warm and appears to be very sturdy. The elbows and shoulders and made of a study material. The hand warmer things didn't fit my thumbs all that well and cut off circulation a bit. I ripped em open to make more room and they still didn't feel right, but they tuck up inside the sleeve and keep drafts out. I have already recommended this jacket to others in the law enforcement field especially for the price.
