First downside. I think its a bit large. The strings are pulled as tight as possible on arrival. I have not touched them. 32 inch waist. Its ok, but in a fight I probably would prefer to sinch it a bit tighter. Having said that it fits, and is comfortable. Its made well. A good buy.

Excellent quality, fit and protection. I spar once a week and am looking forward to using. 32 waist fits a medium well. 4 stars only because i havent had it long enough to swear by it. I would recommend it to others for sure

Very comfortable groin protection for boxing. The fit is true to the size chart. My son has had it for about a month, using it once or twice a week for sparring sessions. The only not terrific thing about it is that it’s a lace up instead of velcro.
