“It’s a brand new controller I’ve barely used twice and it will randomly refuse to work. Even when connected to the PlayStation via a cord. It looks nice, but it doesn’t work at all which is incredibly frustrating. Save your money and just buy the official controller. I saw it had good reviews and didn’t bother to dig deeper, I’ll take my responsibility on that. If you’re reading this, this is your sign to not buy it.”This was my original review. The seller got back with me, discussed the issues, and immediately sent me a new controller to replace the defective one. So far so good, as it works as intended and hasn’t stuttered on me yet. I do appreciate that a lot. So I gotta give stars and credit when it’s due.

I was excited for these, the price was great for the set. But after trying them out, which I got them for me and my fiancée... I noticed that my pink one after barely even using it, sometimes doesn't work for a minute or so when you're moving around in a game, not sure why. It also will pop up on my Playstation 4 periodocially, when I am trying to use it, that the controller isn't made for it and may not work right, is basically what it says. I already stopped using it and going to invest in the original Playstation 4 controllers instead. I didn't feel like going through the return part to return them since I figured with the deal I got, I got what I paid for I guess. Also I couldn't plug in my adapters in either of them, like I have for the original Playstation controllers that charge them up because of the way they are shaped, they won't fit. That was a bummer too. But I get it since the chargers are actually Playstation products, they only work for the real controllers. I charged them both off the cord and the pink one really didn't last long with a charge. I suggest maybe spending extra on actual Playstation 4 controllers even though they still are very pricey.

So far my only issue is that the vibration cuts in and out. Can be very distracting in games that you're used to having that buzz in your hand

Stopped working well 1 year to the month after purchase. The reaction time is slow, you'll push buttons it doesn't acknowledge, and won't charge very well. Whether it's on a charging port or plugged in with a micro cord, it needs constant charging but also has stopped allowing us to charge while me play. I've plugged it in to the wall and I've tried plugging into the ps4 itself. I've gone through 5 different micro cords seeing if I have a faulty cable. I'm angry. My son bought this with his own money. Save yourself the year long struggle. Buy something else.
