These are very sturdy built baking / cooling racks. I especially like the option to raise or lower the legs. They are stackable and hold up well baking in the oven. I use them on a cookie sheet to catch any drips that might occur during baking which is advised with the included racks. I bought this particular one as it came with two which allows me to swap out the cooled cookies in time to bring a fresh batch out of the oven rotating in and out for faster baking.
