Quick Deployment and Easy Use
Open the Boat Fender on the ground.
Ensure the valve is in the closed state. (You can change the state by pressing the center button of the valve straight down and turning it clockwise.)
Connect the inflatable tube to the valve.
Inflate to the full state like above. Close the cap. Attach the Mooring Ropes between the boat and the fender.

The idea of these is perfect. We are getting ready to use them tomorrow and now they won’t stay inflated. I expected a small amount to go down with the cool 60 degrees but not this much. I guess you are expected to inflate every two days?
