Universal Floor Ceiling features include Intelligent Pre-heating, Multiple Fan Speeds, Sleep Mode and a Self Diagnosis function.
Both, the remote controller and wall thermostat are included with your unit to allow for more specific temperature control.

We are a Tech School located in Nashville Tennesse. We are owned by one of the largest HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical contractors in a three-state area. We have 700 employees. The distributor told our attending service because we were not a certified contractor the warranty was void. We have had nothing but problems with the control boards on these units. I have spent over $3,000.00 on repairs on them. I am now buying another brand from Alpine to replace all three unit. They are not reliable and do not cover their products under warranty unless they are a certified Cooper & Hunter installation contractor. What a joke! Do not under any circumstances purchase this equipment from this distributor.

We recently had our AC fan go out and have been wanting to transition to a mini-split. We still had our fan repaired but installed this as well and I can tell you we have never had our house this cool before.In comparison to the central ac unit both set at 80 degrees the difference is night and day. We live in the south Texas heat by the way.We will never need to turn on our old ac again.The unit is quiet, sleek and most of all cool. Installation was fine a little hard since we installed it on the ceiling but worth it.100% worth it.We will be installing 2-zone splits in our guest rooms in the future. Just to have.

I used this product in a ADU loft office that had no hear or cooling and was uncomfortable in the summer for our client! The installation was simple, timely and fit the application I needed to a T! I Highly recommend the Cooper and Hunter product line! Tech support was fantastic with minor questions and super friendly to deal with!
