Worked fine for 4 months then won't turn on. Assurion insurance says that there is a manufactures warranty so it will do nothing. Can not contact Deforce . Amazon states that the return period expired!! Not happy with any of these companies!

This cordless ash vacuum, that uses a DeWalt 20V battery is exactly what I needed for my Traeger wood grill. Now I can clean out the ashes from around the inside areas and crevices easily and neatly and cordlessly! I already have DeWalt batteries for other tools so this makes it all very convenient. The canister and filter makes ash disposal very easy. Perfect size as well! Thank you!!

The vacuum works great, but the wheels broke off when I set it down too hard. It's light enough it doesn't matter to me, but sturdiness is definitely lacking

I bought this ash vacuum because it would work with my Dewalt batteries for my Dewalt cordless tools. I tried two different size batteries, and both worked fine. My goal was to vacuum around the hearth by my wood stoves on a more frequent basis where ash spills out of the stove on occasion. I use a small shovel to scoop ashes out into an ash bucket about once a week, but I’ve ruined a couple vacuums, trying to suck up the ash that falls around the hearth. Not having to plug the vacuum into a wall outlet was the main selling point for me.The vacuum itself is not real big, but that’s what I wanted so that I could store it near my woodstoves, and so that I could pick it up, and clean around the woodstove on a more regular basis than I do now.The hose is made of metal, but it isn’t very long. Again because of its portability that’s not an issue for me. The nozzle at the end of the hose is a thin angle crevice attachment. I would have liked to also have a little wider of an attachment (floor attachment) as I’m using this to suck up the ashes around my hearth.I was concerned that with an ash vacuum, it might not stop all the ash dust, and it would push it out into the room through the exhaust port. But so far that seems not to be the case. (I tested this using a flashlight in a dark room while I was sucking up ashes).This vacuum appears to be able to meet the needs. I was hoping it would. I look forward to using it more.

Actually e we use this to detail the cars it has a super strong suction even sucks up liquids! Nice size but compact at the same time it fits in the closet with other cleaning supplies. Very easy to clean it comes apart
