At first, the package was missing, but after searching for ransom notes, I finally found it—tucked under a chair. Jokes aside, the package was intact, and there was no damage to the product.Unpacking was effortless, much like the fountain itself, which weighs in at just under 2 lbs dry. With only four main parts, cleaning is straightforward and simple. The instructions are basic, but since the design is minimal, assembly is intuitive. This fountain offers two dispensing modes:Sensor Mode – A white light activates when a pet is detected, triggering water flow. However, there is a 10-minute Delay before re-sensing, which may be limiting for multi-pet households.Interval Mode – Water dispenses every hour, providing scheduled hydration.A notable absence is continuous mode, a feature some pet owners may prefer for consistent water availability. The water basin is made of food-grade plastic, a feature not all budget fountains include. It holds just over half a gallon (2500mL)—which has both advantages and drawbacks:✔️ Fewer refills needed❌ Standing water may become staleThe 4-stage filtration system is modest but functional. The wireless, cordless pump operates quietly, as it doesn’t run continuously like traditional motorized pumps. For under $20, this is a budget-friendly option that provides motion-sensor activation, quiet operation, and easy maintenance. While it may not suit pet owners who prefer continuous water flow or advance filtration, it delivers strong value for those seeking an affordable, compact pet fountain.

it’s not bad, and the cat does seem to like it. the motion activation is helpful for that. but ideally the water dispenser would be another few inches higher; the moving water is what draws cats attention, and with it this low you don’t get as much movement as would be ideal for that. for the price it’s not a bad option but if you are having trouble getting your cat to drink (or are trying to distract it from the sink or shower) you might want one with a longer stream

I absolutely love this watering dish for my cat! It uses a USB-C to charge up and runs off the charge. I have it set on going off whenever my cat comes near it which is very handy. The water dish then drains into the filer and back into the bowl. My cat was a little confused at first but it seems to be working well. It saves me from having to change the water every day and I can guarantee that the water will be fresh for him. It comes with an extra filter that works on the water pump that can be changed out. The fact that you don't need to have the device plugged in is wuper handy for a space that doesnt have a wall outlet nearby. The quality of watering dish at the price point is great.

I love that this self feeding water dish is rechargeable. It comes with a charging cord but you will need something a USB can plug into to charge it. You can also take out the spigot to charge it and leave the water dish there. We won't normally have it charging while the dog uses it but were trying to get it set up. The sensor works well to know when to push out more water and there is an overflow feature similar to a bathroom sink where if water goes above a certain level, there's a slit in the bowl so excess water would go back into the main dish. Though this dog is tiny, she drinks a lot so this has been so handy to have instead of refilling her little water dish multiple times a day. She really likes it too and that it sits up off the ground a bit.

I got this water fountain for my cat and it exceeded my expectations! I adopted an adult stray cat from a shelter. She never drinks directly from her water bowl. Instead she uses her paws to drink water 🐾💦. When I asked her vet why she behaves that way, the vet informed me that it is an instinctual habit cats have to not drink from still water. Just one day of use and my cat is drinking straight from the fountain, no paws. She approves and so do I. My cat drinks more water now, and I don’t have to stress about constant refills. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:What I Love:✔️ Cordless Convenience – The lack of cords makes it super easy to place anywhere, reducing clutter and tripping hazards.✔️ Large Capacity (2.5L/84oz) – Holds plenty of water, so I don’t have to refill it constantly. Perfect for multiple pets, too!✔️ Smart Mode/Good Battery Life – I love the automatic function that adjusts water flow based on button modes set, helping conserve battery life.✔️ Filtration System – Keeps water clean and fresh, and the included extra filter is a nice bonus.✔️ Easy to Clean – The round design has no hard-to-reach corners, making it simple to wash and maintain.✔️ Quiet Operation – My cat is easily startled, but this fountain is whisper-quiet. Runs almost silently, which is great for both my cat and my peace of mind.✔️ Good Color Scheme and Design- Not an eye sore and blends in well in the bathroom area.✔️ Water Level Indicator- There is a max line in the water reservoir base to avoid overfill. When the button lights up purple, it is indicating that water levels are low and should be refilled. The opaque base also provides a clear enough window to see when a refill is needed.✔️ Charging Speed: It comes with a matching charging chord and charges quickly. I placed it to charge for only 20 minutes for the first time and it was charged well enough for use cordlessly. Can also be used while on the charger.✔️ Great Price: $19.99 for a low maintenance pet smart fountain.Minor Downsides:➖Requires Regular Cleaning - The water reservoir base needs frequent cleaning to prevent slime or build up. You can wait until a refill is needed or when charging.➖Filter Replacements - I do not know where to get filter replacements. I guess you can always buy a bigger filter pad and cut it down to size if necessary.➖No Instructions Included In Box - I read instructions from Amazon Page instead.Button Modes:White: Intelligent Mode- Auto dispenses when pet is detectedGreen: Interval Mode- Water comes out every hourPurple: Low Water- Press the switch to stop the alarm after adding water.Red: Low BatteryBlue: Fully ChargedIf you’re looking for a low-maintenance and stylish pet-friendly water fountain, this is a fantastic investment.
